SMKTTDI Interact Club's Interschool Bonding 2010.
WARNING: THIS IS AN EXTREMELY EXTREMELY LONG POST.
...WAS A FREAKING BLAAAAAAASTT!
It was honestly the BEST thing that happened in the week.
It was such a great treat for us form 5s who had such a hard week.
So I'll just start from the top kay :)
So reached school around 7.10. Thanks Uncle Nik and Nikki :)
Panicked a lil cause the stairs were locked.
But thanks to Tee Kim Lian, our superwoman. it was all good.
Bummed around downstairs while waiting for people to come.
So overall there were 5 schools.
Victoria Institution, Sri Hartamas, Damansara Utama, Damansara Jaya and Methodist Boys School.
Met some pretty familiar faces like Ash Li, Amran, Joel and Alfin.
Met loaaaads of new friends too!
There was Kelvin/Kevin and Wai yih from Methodist Boys School, Gloria, Sanjiv, Putera, Amirul, Darren, Hazim from Sri Hartamas,er 2 guys from VI and a few from DU (so sorry! too many names o.o)
Wasn't around for the opening ceremony and speeches and stuff cause was busy at the canteen preparing breakfast.
I OFFICIALLY HATE THE CANTEEN PEOPLE. elaborate in awhile.
So breakfast went pretty smoothly except for how dirty the canteen kept getting and I cannot stand black footprints.
So constantly mopped the floor and become the 'mak cik, bibik, kak' =.=
After breakfast, changed and cleared up the canteen :)
Then this JPWP guy came to conduct some team building activities.
So I was in team 7.
Wiiith, Gloria(SH), Amirul(SH), Karen (DU), Azri, Uzair, Ilya, Ashley, Belle, Anabel and Michelle.
So the first game was, placing a bottle on a mahjong paper and lifting it up by only holding the sides of the paper.
It was pretty funny cause we were all so 'kan cheong' in the beginning but we got the hang of it.
And when we got the hang of it, we did really well in all the other rounds, including the round where we had to open the bottle cap okay! NO SPILLS BABY :D
Second game was, acting out a vehicle out of uhm our own human bodies?
Not too sure how to explain.
A huge round of applause to Farhan's group. Farhan is currently in crutches soo, his group made him the driver of a car so he got to sit down on somebody.
The other few groups did things like..
The 'kerbau' cart, aeroplane, F1 cars, trains, UFO saucers, Mat Rempit, Merry-go-round (so not a transportation) and our group did SAMPAN :D
Basically all the girls squatted down and held hands in a shape of a sampan, and the guys stood in between and 'rowed' the boat!
The third activity just did not work at all.
We were supposed to fit all 11 of us into one sheet of A4 paper.
We were allowed to cut the paper and all.
But we did NOT have a scissors which just made everything ...
So we lost. HAHAHA.
So after that, the TTDI INTERACTORS TOOK OVER :D
well mainly Lian, Kavee and Amy la :)
Reshuffled the groups and well, there was too many people in my group lah.
1st game was Blow Wind Blow.
Had so much fun. :)
The rule was you can't exchange seats with the person next to you, so I changed 2 seats away xD
The punishments were hilarious!
1st Punishment - Catwalk, Banghra style!
2nd Punishment - Spell interact! with yr butt.
3rd punishment - Dance to Single Ladies by Beyonce
4th punishment - DANCE OFF! hands down to Alfin man, that boy can shake!
5th punishment - Stand on one foot, try to lick yr elbows and jump around 3 times. All at once :)
6th punishment - The girls had to dance. The boys had to sing in their girliest voices!
Thanks for being good sports everyone :)
2nd game, we played the banana game.
Which is basically passing the banana in a straight line using our feet, and the last person eats the banana o.o
Amran ate the banana in my group. DISGUSTING.
But I totally salute you for that buddy :)
3rd game was the Dizzy Run.
Basically someone was the pole.
Then we had to run around the 'pole' 7 times and run back.
Then when everyone is fone, the 'pole' had to run 7 times and run back.
I was so proud of my team :)
Tho we didn't win, it was all good fun!
For one of the teams, Sanjiv was the pole.
And the runners were literally spinning him around o.o
And Kevin totally swung Anis around when it was his turn to run around Anis.
Hahahaha, Good fun man! :D
the 4th game which is a tradition at ALL TTDI Interact and mostly prefect events,
The Dance/Ssenamrobik.
Had so much fun :)
Jumped, danced, screamed and cheered people on!
It was all good fun, especially when Pn Hazlin led the dance.
That teacher can MOOOVEEE :D
Later had reflection, and well had to settle some stuff.
Then was lunch, which again ENFORCES MY HATE TOWARDS THE CANTEEN PEOPLE.
Spent some time getting to know the Hartamas people and well everyone else :)
Later had to clear the hall cause we had to rearrange all the tables for our exams on Monday.
Had chest pains after carrying 2 aofas from the hall to the Discipline room o.O
Had loads of fun just being with everyone really :)
Went for mamak after with well the form 5s :)
It really was good to spend time with everyone!
Overall, it was an extremely amazing day!
I enojoyed myself and so did everyone else, I'm sure.
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR COMING!
You guys were so so awesome participation wise and attitudes and all.
It was so nice to meet all of you,
And hopefully this is not the last time we meet.

*the canteen incidents.
-During breakfast, I had to find the pretty glasses for the VIP.
Me: - goes to the Drinks guy in the canteen to ask for the cups- Bang, Datin Hazlin nak gelas untuk VIP.
Dude: Oh okay, kena tanya kaunter depan.
Me: Okay, terima kasih. *goes in front* Bang, Datin Hazlin nak gelas untuk VIP.
2nd Dude: (rude tone)Eh, kamu pelajar kat sini kan? Takkan tak tahu yang minuman semua kat sana *points at direction where I came from*
Me: Oh okay, thank you. *goes back there* Bang, abang kat depan tuh cakap yang gelas tuh boleh dapat kat sini.
Dude: GELAS VIP KAT DEPAN LAH.
Me: *sigh* Okay, thank you. *goes back in front* Bang, abang tuh cakap gelas VIP kat sini lah.* EXPLAIN IN LIKE A BILLION WAYS THE TYPE OF CUP I WANT UNTIL I SAID KACA*
2nd Dude: Ohh, cakap lah awal-awal. Kan senang sikit (EXTRA RUDE TONE)
-During lunch, we catered from them and they didn't prepare spoons. So naturally as the AJK Jamuan, went up to ask.
Me: Bang, yang makanan tu, ada sediakan sudu tak?
2nd Dude: HA? Buat ape nak sudu, gunalah tangan.
Me: Oh er, ada yang tak tahu makan dengan tangan la.
2nd Dude: SOO? BELAJARLAH.
Me: *ignores* Sudu besi pun takde ke?
2nd Dude: Kamu tak order sudu, buat apa kami nak bagi sudu?
Me: Its okay, terima kasih.
LIKE WTH RIGHT. So was really angry, told Pn Hazlin and she scolded them. And they stared at me with their 'we hate you' faces the whole time during lunch.
Essh.
OTHER THAN THAT, I LOVE TODAY :)
